We're Max and Blake Shoemaker, and Manta Permanent Lighting is your trusted solution to brightening up your home. Owned and operated by us two brothers, right here in Central Illinois, backed by a team of hard-working, passionate, customer-first people who make every install possible.
We've been serving Central Illinois for years.
Before Manta, there was WinBros. We built WinBros into a trusted name in Central Illinois over four years, earning 400 five-star reviews along the way.
While we were away at college at GCU, we started noticing permanent lighting installed on homes around us, and it clicked: a way to keep serving our customers year-round, not just during the months WinBros was busiest.
Our first installs went up for our own WinBros clients. Word got around fast, and we built Manta Permanent Lighting from there, on the same values and principles that made WinBros a name people trust.
Now, we've served 250+ homes with permanent outdoor lighting and acquired 100+ 5-star reviews.
