WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Mount and wire lighting along rooflines and eaves
  • Set up the controller and connect each system to the app
  • Work safely from ladders and lifts, the right way every time
  • Walk homeowners through their system before you leave
  • Leave every job site cleaner than you found it
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Comfortable working at height outdoors
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and work a full day on site
  • Shows up on time and works well on a small crew
  • Trades experience helps, and wetrain every installer in-house

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Run in-person demos and walk the property with the customer
  • Present lighting options and give a real number
  • Follow up with every lead until they say yes or no
  • Build relationships with referral partners and past customers
  • Hand booked jobs to the install crew with clean notes

  • Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry
  • Comfortable meeting people in their homes and businesses
  • Organized follow-up and tidy CRM habits
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
