- Meet homeowners and business owners at their property for a lighting walkthrough
- Design the lighting plan and quote it with them on the spot
- Follow up on leads and keep the pipeline moving
- Hand off signed projects to the install crew with clear notes

- Comfortable talking with people and asking for the sale
- Organized follow-up and clear communication
- Interest in design, lighting, or home improvement
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license
